- Appropriate Educational Degree or equivalent work experience
Ability to:
-Multi-task & assist multiple office personnel
-Travel (required)
-Work some evening events
-Comfortable speaking in front of large crowds
-Quickly learn new technology & implement it's daily use
Some Duties Include:
- Greeting clients and prep work for client appointments
- Drafting client letters and numerous client correspondences
- Scheduling & confirming appointments
- Professionally answering and directing phone calls
- Filing, copying, scanning, and outgoing mail
- Assisting office staff *
