Customer Service Representative. Communicate with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about company products, open or cancel accounts. Keep record of customers' transactions, record inquires, comments, as well as actions taken. Resolve billing complains. Prepare and complete forms such as change of address and change of policy. Collect deposits and payments. 40 hours per week.
