Inbound Call Center Representative - 2 needed
Job Description
A contractor is seeking Inbound Call Center Representatives for full-time positions. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls from previous and potential clients asking questions
- Order, cancel, or reschedule quotes and services
- Look up or add customers in the database
- Work in scheduling software
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must have prior experience in a call center
- Must have excellent customer service, communication, and multi-tasking skills
- Must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills
- Must have an articulate and professional phone presence
Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. This company offers training on scheduling software and common answers to frequently asked questions. There is the opportunity for permanent hire for the right person.
