Comp Sci, Comp Tech, Info Tech or rel field & 1 yr in any job title involving customer
facing tech service exp. Alternatively, Bach deg in Comp Sci, Comp Tech, Info Tech or
rel field & 3 yrs in any job title involving customer facing tech service exp also accepted.
Available for on call after hours customer supp on a rotational basis 1 wk every 1-2 mths
